Online Ordering

Proofs will be available for viewing online within 7 days of your session. Our proofing site can be accessed by either clicking on the Client area or going directly to www.vimageryanddesign.instaproofs.com

We will notify you as soon as your proofs are available online. Once you are notified you are able to select favorites and add prints or products to your shopping cart. You can also email your favorite pictures to your friends.

Viewing and purchasing photographs is easy; simply select the photographs you want, add your choice of sizes and colors, and checkout. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1-2 weeks. 

Your online gallery will be available for 30 days and will be protected with a password. Galleries can be extended an additional 14 days for $25

 

Print Prices

All images ordered through [v] imagery + design are professionally edited and color perfected. Our monitor is calibrated to match a professional photo lab to ensure accurate colors and superior quality. 

 

Deluxe Prints

Deluxe prints are mounted on 2mm styrene board for durability. All deluxe prints also feature a protective lustre coating and linen texture that create an heirloom quality while preserving your portraits for years to come.

Standard Prints

Standard prints are printed on Kodak Endura Professional lustre paper.

Digital Negatives

Digital negatives are the color proofs that you see in your online proofing gallery. Digital negatives are color corrected, however, they are not color perfected or professionally retouched (blemishes removed, etc…) 

Clients will recieve the digital negatives from their session if they purchase a portrait collection or have ordered a minimum of $250* in prints**

 

 *Mini Session clients must order a minimum of $150 in prints to recieve digital negatives.
** Print sales are based of the total sales, including orders from the clients, family, friends, etc…
